平衡盐溶液（Balanced Salt Solution, BSS）也叫生理溶液（Physiological Solution），是集缓冲液的缓冲力、生理盐水的等渗性以及培养液的营养供应特点于一体的，具有维持渗透压、保持PH稳定以及提供简单的营养的作用，可满足体外实验中组织、器官或细胞的生存和代谢的基本需要。一些平衡盐溶液中还添加了少量酚红，用以指示溶液的酸碱度变化。 Hanks' Balanced Salt Solution (with Ca2+ & Mg2+) produced by aladdin contains 137.93mM NaCl, 5.33mM KCl, 4.17mM NaHCO3, 1.26mM CaCl2, 0.493mM MgCl2, 0.407mM MgSO4, 0.441mM KH2PO4, 0.338mM Na2HPO4, 5.56mM D-Glucose, and the pH is 7.1-7.5.This product is filtered and sterilized and can be directly used for routine applications such as washing in the cell culture process. It is a ready-to-use solution, without any extra preparations needed prior to use. Precautions： Use the Hanks' Balanced Salt Solution aseptically to avoid contamination by microorganisms.This product contains Ca2+ and Mg2+.
