PAGE 彩色快速凝胶制备试剂盒（10%）采用预混液形式的配方，制胶时只需加入改良型促凝剂即可，方便快捷。上层胶为彩色（紫色）凝胶，便于点样。本产品制备的凝胶也可用于非变性PAGE胶电泳实验。 本试剂盒配备改良型促凝剂，无TEMED刺激性气味，稳定性好、催化效果佳，制备一块或多块凝胶仅需二十分钟左右。为方便取用，已开盖的改良型促凝剂可置于4℃保存至少3个月。 制胶数量：125块（0.75 mm胶）；＞90块（1.00 mm）；＞60块（1.50 mm） 注意事项： 1. 使用前请将产品瞬时离心至管底，再进行后续实验。 2. 本产品制备的上层凝胶对样品没有浓缩效应，类似于预制胶，与传统PAGE胶相比，蛋白条带分离效果更好，小分子蛋白（比如10 kDa）也可以清晰地分离开，且蛋白条带更窄更锐利。 3. 改良型促凝剂的用量可根据个人习惯和经验调整，加入较多的促凝剂可以加速凝胶，反之亦然。同等条件下，温度越高，凝胶速度越快，温度过高时建议适当降低促凝剂的使用量。 4. 所有试剂使用前请恢复至室温，可有效避免凝胶过程中气泡的产生。 5. 本产品制备的凝胶可用于非变性PAGE凝胶电泳。 6. 为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。 应用范围： 快速凝胶制备 Product introduction： The page color rapid gel preparation kit (10%) uses the formula in the form of pre mixed liquid, and only needs to add the improved coagulant when preparing the gel, which is convenient and fast.
