微孔滤膜是利用高分子化学材料,致孔添加剂经特殊处理后涂抹在支撑层上制作而成,是一种多孔性的薄膜过滤材料,孔径分布比较均匀穿透性的微孔,微孔率高达80‰的绝对孔径.主要用于水系溶液的过滤,故也称水系膜.膜的种类有:尼龙滤膜、混合纤维膜、聚醚砜滤膜、聚偏氟乙烯滤膜、醋酸纤维素滤膜、聚四氟乙烯微孔滤膜等.

● 尼龙滤膜具有机械强度高,化学性能稳定,能耐受大多数有机溶剂和多数水溶液过滤等特点.较常应用于普通 HPLC有机溶剂流动相过滤 
● 混合纤维素滤膜具有机械强度高,化学性能稳定,能耐受大多数有机溶剂和多水溶液过滤等特点.较常应用于普通 HPLC有机溶剂流动相过滤 
● 聚醚砜滤膜具有严格孔径分布,其高流率、通量、低蛋白质吸附、强度高等特点,具有亲水性常用作于生物样品的过滤 
● 聚偏氟乙烯滤膜有很好的化学兼容性,能胜任绝大多数的有机溶剂和强腐蚀化学品的过滤.其具有疏水性在用乙醇湿润后可以过滤水相溶液 
● 醋酸纤维素展示了非常低的蛋白吸附能力,它们非常亲水,适用于水溶液和醇溶液.醋酸纤维素膜提高了溶剂的相容性,尤其是对低分子醇类,同时加强了热稳定性 
● 聚四氟乙烯微孔滤膜具有极佳的化学稳定性,可用于其他滤膜不能过滤的极端液体以及温度条件,其具有疏水性可用于空气过滤或者脱气过滤 
● 0.22μm微孔滤膜:能去除样品、流动相中极细颗粒的要求,可以达到GMP或者规定的除菌99.99%的要求 
● 0.45μm微孔滤膜:能滤除大多数细菌微生物;常规样品、流动相过滤,能够满足一般色谱要求 
● 1-5μm:过滤较大颗粒的杂质,或者用于难以处理的浑浊溶液的预处理,可先以1-5μm滤膜过滤,再用相应滤膜进行过滤 
● 规格中所备注的使用温度为该滤膜的最大使用温度

Membrane filters are polymer films with specific pore ratings.Membranes retain particles and microorganisms that exceed their pore ratings by acting as a physical barrier and capturing such particles on the surface of the membrane.It classified into Nylon,MCE,PES,PVDF,CA,PTEE,etc.
