产品介绍

可水解β-内酰胺类抗生素。已发现二百多种β-内酰胺酶。青霉素酶的分类方法主要有两种,分子生物学方法和BUSH法。分子生物学法将酶分为四类。A类酶包括多种质粒编码的青霉素酶,活性部位为丝氨酸残基,分子量为29kDa。B类酶为金属酶,由染色体或质粒编码,酶活性需锌离子参与,可被乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)抑制。C类酶的活性部位为丝氨酸残基,分子量为39kDa,其产生与诱导剂有关。C类酶主要指染色体编码的头孢菌素酶(AmpC酶)。D类酶又称为OXA型(水解苯唑西林)β-内酰胺酶。另一种分类方法为BUSH应用于环境中残留青霉素的清除;医疗器械残留青霉素的清以及青霉素效价测定中本底的清除; 用基因重组技术在大肠杆菌表达体系生产β-内酰胺酶(序列来自大肠杆菌),属于分子生物学分类A类,BUSH分类第二类的青霉素酶,学名为TEM1,目前有天然酶和融合酶两种形式提供。

Penicillinase from Bacillus cereus has been shown to contain three distinct species when purified and examined for homogeneity by sedimentation analysis, amino-terminal analysis, and vertical acrylamide gel electrophoresis.
Penicillinase can be used to reduce levels of penicillin in patients with severe penicillin reactions. Used in the production of penicillin. Penicillinase from Bacillus cereus has been used in a comparison study with penicillinase from Bacillus subtillis where the Michaelis constant, shape of the Ph/activity curve and immunological properties were shown to be significantly different. Used in the production of penicillin.
