50×Denhardt's溶液主要由saccharosan、PVP、BSA 组成，经过无菌处理，主要用于RNA杂交、单拷贝序列的DNA杂交、DNA固定在尼龙膜上的杂交 组分 Denhardt溶液是1%牛血清白蛋白（BSA）、1%saccharosan和1%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮（PVP）的水溶液。 使⽤说明 按实验具体要求操作，或稀释于杂交缓冲液(通常是含有SDS、变性鲑鱼精DNA的SSC)中。 注意事项 1. 如果每次的使用量很小，可以适当分装后再使用，避免反复冻融。 2. 注意无菌操作，防止染菌。 3. 为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴手套操作。 Description Denhardt′s Solution is a blocking agent routinely used to reduce non-specific binding of detection reagents to the Northern and Southern Blot membranes. This 50x concentrate can be diluted to any concentration for use in a variety of pre-hybridization and hybridization buffers.Component：Denhardt′s Solution is 1% Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA), 1 % saccharosan, and 1 % Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) in water. |
