KLRG1 Syrian hamster mAb (Biotin) (Ab191789) - Flow Cytometry
Two-color flow cytometric analysis of KLRG1 expression on mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes cells were stained with NKG2A/C/E Rat mAb (AF647) (Ab212165) and either Syrian hamster lgG-kappa (Biotin), anti-HEL (Ab212172; Left panel) or KLRG1 Syrian hamster mAb (Biotin) (Ab191789; Right panel) at 0.05μg/test. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark.
