Mouse splenocytes treated with 2.5μg/mL ConA for 36 hours (right panel) are stained with PD-L1 Rat mAb (PE) (Ab181115) (red) at 5μL/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Blue - Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (PE) (Ab180312). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody. Untreated cells were used as control (left panel).
