Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180310) was tested by direct ELISA. The plate was coated with Goat Anti-Rat IgG H&L Antibody (Ab138352). A serial dilution of Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180310) was used as the secondary antibody. A HRP-streptavidin (np156148) was used at 1/20000 dilution for this ELISA.

Flow cytometry analysis of CD16/CD32 expression by mouse splenocytes cells (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with CD16/CD32 Rat mAb (Biotin) (Ab179681) at 0.03μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Blue - Rat IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180310). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
