Mouse IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180306) was tested by direct ELISA. The plate was coated with Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Antibody (Ab138058). A serial dilution of Mouse IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180306) was used as the secondary antibody. A HRP-streptavidin (np156148) was used at 1/20000 dilution for this ELISA.

Flow cytometry analysis of CD52 expression by Human peripheral blood lymphocytes (red) compared to an isotype control (blue). Cells were stained with CD52 Mouse mAb (Biotin) (Ab179699) at 0.3μg/test for 1 hour at 4°C. Then incubated with Recombinant Streptavidin Protein (R-PE) (rp156150) at 0.1μg/test for 30 minutes at 4°C in the dark. Blue - Mouse IgG Isotype Control Antibody (Biotin) (Ab180306). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
