生化机理	整合素α-Ⅱb/β-3 是纤维粘连蛋白、纤维蛋白原、纤溶酶原、凝血酶原、凝血软蛋白和玻璃粘连蛋白的受体。它能识别多种配体中的 R-G-D 序列。它能识别纤维蛋白原 gamma 链中的 H-H-L-G-G-G-A-K-Q-A-G-D-V 序列。激活整合素 alpha-IIb/beta-3 后，通过与可溶性纤维蛋白原结合，实现血小板与血小板之间的相互作用。这一步会导致血小板迅速聚集，从而物理性地堵塞破裂的内皮细胞表面。
