产品介绍

能溶于醇和醚,难溶于水,不溶于石油醚。在1毫米汞柱压力、100℃时缓慢升华,156℃很快升华。

在高温下与碱、酸、水反应。它可以通过 AlCl3 与乙酰丙酮反应制备。

催化剂。交联剂。通过化学螯合作用提高油墨、涂料、胶水、树脂等高分子材料的性能。 使用方法:用于溶剂型丙烯酸、环氧、聚酯、聚氨酯压敏胶中起固化交联作用,不含-OH、-COOH、-NH2等必须对其进行预处理。添加量为1.5-2‰(具体用量请实验后确定),在产品合成完成后,温度降至70℃以下添加已稀释的乙酰丙酮铝,搅拌几分钟即可.

应用

乙酰丙酮铝可用于:
升华法制备透明超疏水的薄水铝石和二氧化硅薄膜;化学气相沉积氧化铝薄膜;作为催化剂

Alumunium acetylacetonate is insoluble in water but soluble in organic solvents. It reacts with alkalis, acids, water at elevated temperatures. It can be prepared by reacting AlCl3 and acetylacetonate.
Alumunium acetylacetonate may be used: to prepare transparent superhydrophobic boehmite and silica films by sublimation, to deposit alumunium oxide films by chemical vapor deposition, as a catalyst.
